Well today is a beautiful day. Started out kind of cold but warmed up very nicely. So we decided to take Zoey to the park. We had us a picnic and then Zoey played. And she played some more. Lol. She loves to play, well I should say she loves to swing. So mommy got a work out today while Zozo played. She also had fun playing with Nicholas, which is my friends son. They had a ball!! I will add pictures later. Zoey played so much fun that she fell of asleep in the car on the way home and of course is wide awake now. I guess it was a power nap.
I'm trying to do better on my diet but it is so hard. I am addicted to food. What can I say, I love to eat. I feel like if I don't get full or satisfied I will continue to eat until the point of regret. I know my wonderful and supportive husband is not happy that I'm struggling and failing every once in awhile. I think he just hates to tell me no on what to eat. I know I know, I'm an adult and I should know what I can and can't to eat. But I honestly think I'm addicted to eating. Food is my friend. And I need someone to tell my "Tasha, no, you don't need that." Food addiction is just like any other addiction, its hard to stop something you are use to doing that you have done for so long. Ok, I'm done talking about food for now. I'm gonna want to go eat whatever I can find.
I think that tonight after supper we will go for a walk, its nice outside and that makes for good walking weather. Well I'm struggling on what to talk about today. I guess I will lay down with Zo and get her to take a nap then write more later. Til then 'Love ya!'
